As a Group Workcamps Foundation cosponsor, your agency, church, or community organization can do just that. Together we can improve the lives of elderly, low-income, or disabled residents; handle a backlog of home repairs; even recover from a natural disaster. In just one short week, homes can be repaired, painted, or made more accessible to disabled residents. Entire blocks can become neighborhoods again. Forgotten homes—and their lonely residents—can get a much-needed dose of care and attention. As the Cosponsor of a Workcamp, you’ll take the lead in this project to build up your community. Your partner will be Group Workcamps Foundation, a 501(c)(3) interdenominational Christian service organization headquartered in Loveland, Colorado. Our goal is to join with you in the planning and execution of a well-organized, meaningful, and effective community service project that benefits all participants.
